Tvoje nakazilo na e-Študentskem Servisu lahko izvedemo šele, ko od Wolta prejmemo obračun ur.

Ker se obračuni pripravljajo v tujini in nam jih Wolt posreduje z zamikom, dobiš nakazilo denarja nekaj dni kasneje.

❗ POMEMBNO: običajno pride do krajšega zamika med obvestilom v aplikaciji Wolt in dejanskim nakazilom na tvoj račun.

Important notice regarding Wolt payments

If you see a notification in the Wolt app that your hours have already been paid, please note that this is for informational purposes only.

Your payment via e-Študentski Servis can only be processed once we receive the official calculation of hours from Wolt.

Since these calculations are prepared abroad and Wolt forwards them to us with a delay, you will receive the money transfer a few days later.

❗IMPORTANT: there is usually a short delay between the notification in the Wolt app and the actual payment to your account.
